Ministry Structure
One New Man was founded in the Seattle, Washington area of the United States. The ministry flourishes today under the leadership of the US based staff, led by a leadership team of Pastors and Elders. One New Man Ministry operates with both a Board of Directors and an independent ministerial advisory board.
While non-denominational in affiliation, One New Man Ministry is committed to being part of an interconnected group of ministries. Our senior Pastor, David Mitts is ordained by and the ministry is a part of New Life Ministries International. http://www.nlcf.org/ministries/international/about.cfm.
Our Prophetic School, called “The Holy Spirit Gym”(HSG) is ordained by Covenant Ministries and Pastors Randi and Cathy Lechner. The (HSG) material is based on the teaching and prophetic ministry of Bishop Bill Hamon and Christian International Ministries. The Holy Spirit Gym is taught by a ministry team that we call “coaches”. Coaches both teach and develop ministry materials and support their teams.

One New Man Ministries is fundamentally connected with the restorative move of God in the nation of Israel. Having lived in Israel for nearly 5 years, David and Lisa maintain a network of contacts with ministries and believers in the Land. In addition to annual intercession tours, One New Man supports and undergirds the work of Yeshua in the Land. To respect the sensitive nature of ministry work in the Land, we do not publish the ministries that we support.
Family Foundations International is an integral part of the healing and generational blessing vision of One New Man. We are a “Ministry Equipping Center” for FFI and are submitted as Coordinators, Facilitators and Intercessors to Craig and Jan Hill and the leadership team of FFI. www.familyfoundations.com. One New Man Ministry regularly hosts and facilitates FFI seminars under the ministry umbrella of FFI. We interface with a series of Coordinators and Facilitators in the Northwest and in Israel. While living in Israel, David and Lisa served as the Israel National Coordinators.
