Are you hungry for revival? Thirsty for more of the Spirit of God? An outpouring of His presence? Come join us on Friday nights at the Fire & Glory meetings! The purpose of these meetings is to come together as believers from many different churches and experience the manifest presence of God.
Our heart-cry is for His Fire and Glory to come and make us One New Man - burning out our agendas, our pride, our egos, our religion, our division - making us one in Him (John 17:21-23). Only His manifest presence can meet our every need and remove the veil that separates us. This isn't about building a church or a ministry. This is about experiencing Him.
What is His Fire? John the Baptist said, "He who is coming after me is mightier than I...He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire." (Mat. 3:11). As we experience the Fire of God, our flesh is burned away and we become more like Him. A silversmith once was asked, "How do you know when the silver is fully refined?" He replied, "When I can see myself in it." As we rest in His presence, His fire works in us, transforming us into the image of the Messiah.
What is His Glory? Moses cried, "I pray You, show me your Glory!" (Ex. 33:18). His Glory is the manifestation of His Spirit, and is expressed in and through His Body. As we gather together in these meetings, the Glory of God manifests and every need is met. In His presence, His Glory, is everything you need. Are you tired? Are you hurting? Are you sick? Come and allow Jesus to touch you and change you forever.
Finally, we love, support, covenant with, and pray for the land and the people of Israel. We passionately intercede for the peace of Jerusalem and the salvation of the Jewish people in the Fire & Glory meetings.
Next Oneg Shabbat: 5/25/2013
Please everyone, bring a light, healthy snack to share with the Body after service as we celebrate Shabbat together in the beauty and unity of holiness ... finger foods, fruits, veggies, cheeses, chips, dips ... please no pork, shellfish, or super-sugary desserts (although some sugar is fine).
